1. What is the difference in People and pet MSM?

None it is exactly the same only the dosage is different.

2. What is the difference in crystal and powder MSM?

There is no difference in content. Flakes are harder to dissolve due to the particle size. Granular does not clump as bad as powder.

3. How does MSM detox you?
MSM enables your cells and tissues to release toxins that have built up over the years. Sulfur is a vital part of our waste management system, and if we have not had enough of it our bodies were not able to release some of the waste substances. If you take too much MSM, your body will release too much waste at one time for your kidneys and liver to handle. This waste in your blood stream can cause all kinds of problems ranging from flu-like symptoms to re-experiencing the effects of drugs that you have taken in the past. The key to detox is to start on MSM slowly so that the waste in your tissues is released slowly. Drink a lot of water so that the released toxins will be flushed out of your body faster. If have severe detox symptoms, make sure you reduce your msm intake and take a bath with water hot enough to make you sweat. Always only take 20 minute baths. You can alternate one of the following to your bath water to help you reduce toxins through your skin as well: cup of vinegar, a cup of baking soda, a cup of Epsom salts, a half cup of chlorine bleach.
