Deciding to get healthy starts with you. No one can make you live a
healthy lifestyle. In fact, if you do not want to live a healthier
lifestyle, you will continue living the life you are currently
living. The benefits of living a healthier lifestyle cannot be
disputed. Whether you want to live longer, happier, healthier, or a
combination of all the above, you will start by following a few
simple rules. In addition, you may decide to add healthy supplements
such as MSM to your daily diet.
Why is it so important to get your MSM regularly? Will it hurt to
miss a dose or two? Many people will find it is difficult to
remember to take their supplements especially if they are new to
supplements. You do not need to beat yourself up because you forgot
to take your MSM this morning. But you do need to remember that it
is essential to take your MSM as scheduled to gain the fullest
benefits. MSM is water soluble meaning that it does not stay in your
system for too long. If you forget to take your regularly scheduled
MSM dosage, you may find you lose the amazing benefits.
How can you insure you get your MSM as scheduled? Actually, it is
easy to remember to take your MSM supplements. Healthier lifestyles
do not have to be complicated. You do not have to take a lot of time
out of your day to get that healthier lifestyle or healthier day.
All you have to do is be consistent. Many people will choose a
variety of favorite ways to remember when and how to take their
supplements. The good news is that once you take your supplements
regularly it will become a habit!

Use a daily medicine divider. Most stores and pharmacies will carry
a divider where you can divide your medicines or supplements into
regular weekly doses. This is great since it will allow you to take
the guess work out of whether you forgot or not. If you are like me,
you will often stop and go, “Hmm. Did I take my MSM this morning?”
Well, you can take the guesswork out of taking your
supplementations!

Alarm clocks. You can actually set up an alarm clock or alarm on
your watch, cell phone, or radio to go off just in time to get your
MSM. Since you usually take your MSM twice a day, you will find it
is easy to remember to take your supplements as recommended. Alarm
clocks are especially useful when trying to form a habit out of
taking your MSM.
No single method for remembering to take your MSM supplements is
right for everyone. My two favorites are using a medicine divider
and my cell phone’s alarm. Those definitely work for me. Whatever it
takes to get healthier in an easy fashion will definitely make life
easier for you. Getting healthy does not have to be a job, but it
definitely needs to be a habit.
